Paige Newsome

Paige is a mother, writer, editor, narrator, and MS warrior. Her ​battle with multiple sclerosis began in 2018, leading to a ​diagnosis in 2019 after a grueling medical journey that left her ​wheelchair-bound for the entirety of that year. Determined to ​reclaim her health, she embraced holistic nutrition, lifestyle ​changes, and various therapies, breaking free from the chains ​of MS. Paige is the co-author, editor, and narrator of "Beating ​Multiple Sclerosis," true testament to resilience and triumph ​over adversity

I'm Jessica Anderson, a seasoned multipreneur, business coach, and the Founder and ​Event Director of the Denver Ladies Social Club. My passion lies in bringing women ​together to foster community, support, and wellness.


With over 12 years of personal yoga practice, I hold an E-RYT200 and YACEP ​certification from Yoga Alliance. My wellness philosophy focuses on balancing the ​chakras and regulating the nervous system through the vagal response, helping you ​achieve harmony and inner peace. As your host for Women's Wellness Day, I'm thrilled ​to create a space where you can connect, recharge, and leave feeling empowered!
